It is with a great deal of enthusiasm that I welcome you to the G. Austin Schoenly School, otherwise known as “The Little School with the Big Heart”. Whether you are joining us for the first time or have been with us for several years, I’d like to officially welcome you all home.

 

I am brimming with excitement for all that this school has to offer your child. From our strong community ties to our rigorous academics, our staff is dedicated to the success of every child. Your child will be nurtured, challenged, encouraged, supported, inspired, and loved by our team of educators and support staff members.

 

Research indicates that strong partnerships between the school and a child’s home result in higher levels of academic success and growth. We believe in taking a team approach for every child’s education and that you are one of the most important team members. I encourage you to take advantage of the many opportunities available to you to become involved in our school community. Whether volunteering in the classroom, attending our special events, or becoming a member of the Spotswood PTA, your participation makes an incredible impact on the lives of our young learners.

 

Here at Schoenly School, we believe that education is the strongest force by which we can change the world. From where I stand as our school’s leader, our future looks very bright in the eyes of these young students.
